25 Weeks! I should be ashamed!!

I should be ashamed of myself!! I haven't updated the blog in WEEKS!! Honestly I haven't had time and looking back I wish I would have made time. I won't be able to know how I was feeling or anything during those weeks. But I do have pictures they just aren't in the same "format". So let's see here....

 

How Far Along? 25 weeks! 104 days to go! Woah!!

Size of the Baby? A Cauliflower! 13.6-14.8 inches and 1.5-2.5 pounds!  

Maternity Clothes? Time to buy new shirts! All of mine are getting too short!

Weight Gain? Not sure but I am right on track for weight gain which is nice to know.

Gender? BOY!!! Caleb Hunter McFalls!!

Food Cravings? Oreos! Any way I can get them! 

What I Miss? Sugar still

Symptoms? Congestion. My lord I wish I could breath right again!!  

Belly Button? Still an inny but it is getting smaller!  

Best Moment of the Week? So much in the past couple of weeks!

21 Weeks! Late Post! Crazy Week!

How Far Along? 21 Weeks! Only 121 Days left!

Size of the Baby? A Pomegranate! 10.5 inches and 12.7 ounces!! 

Maternity Clothes? Oh Maternity clothes. I'm starting to have a love hate relationship with them. I hate that they add more body heat to my midsection but definitely make my belly really show! 

Weight Gain? My doctors appointment was last Wednesday and I think it was another 5 pounds. But I can't remember!

Gender? BOY!!! Caleb Hunter McFalls!!

Food Cravings? hmm...nothing I can think of. Anything I see on a commercial or tv. I just want to eat everything!

What I Miss? Sugar still

Symptoms? Congestion and Crazy Dreams still. All last week I was having dreams that it was a girl. By the time of the party (which I will post later) I was convinced it was a girl.   

Belly Button? Still an inny but it is getting smaller!  

Best Moment of the Week? Finding out that we are going to have a baby boy! Now we are looking at bedding sets and nursery stuff!

Not the official bump picture but I was so busy Friday getting ready for Saturday that I just ran out of time! But this was the day after at the party.

20 Weeks!! Halfway there!!

How Far Along? 20 Weeks! Only 139 Days left! Halfway there. Crazy!!!

Size of the Baby? A Banana! 6.5 inches and 10.6 ounces!! 

Maternity Clothes? Oh Maternity clothes. I'm starting to have a love hate relationship with them. I hate that they add more body heat to my midsection but definitely make my belly really show!

Gender? Only a week and a day! I can't wait to find out and share with the world what our sweet pea will be!

Symptoms? Congestion and Crazy Dreams. And when I say Crazy dreams I mean I have never experienced anything like it before! They are soo detailed and seem so real that I wake up freaked out. Like last night I had a dream that I had my baby really early and it turned out it wasn't a baby it was a puppy! A puppy??!! Really??!!!   

Belly Button? Still an inny but it is getting smaller!  

Best Moment of the Week? Hmm..I finally got my oreo blizzard! Mmmm. Did you know DQ has mini sized blizzards?? Amaze-balls!!

19 Weeks!

How Far Along? 19 Weeks! Only 146 Days left!

Size of the Baby? A Mango! 6 inches and 8.5 ounces!! 

Maternity Clothes? I'm going to invest in some maxi dresses and other clothes that can be used for both. I do need to purchase some maternity shorts because this Georgia heat is intense! 

Weight Gain? Oh gosh not sure!

Gender? Less than 2 weeks before we find out!!

Food Cravings? Viva here I come!! An Oreo blizzard.

Best Moment of the Week? Nothing too exciting. Going to dinner tonight with Kala and then going to do invites for gender reveal party!! Woot Woot!

18 Weeks! Almost half way there!

How Far Along? 18 Weeks! Only 153 Days left!

Size of the Baby? A Sweet Potato! 5.6 inches and 6.7 ounces!! 

Maternity Clothes? I need more! 

Weight Gain? 5 pounds! Thinking positive!

Gender? Oh Gosh! I'm dying to know! The end of June can't come soon enough!

Food Cravings? Checkers fries!

What I Miss? Nothing really. Sugar...

Best Moment of the Week? Well we got family pictures back! Heather and Wade had baby Gage who is perfect! I also have a very funny store. On Memorial day, we were at my sister's house just hanging out on the front porch. Alex (4) and Sassy (real name is Tinlei - 2) just realized there is a baby in my belly. So that of course struck some questions from Alex. Here is how that conversation went:

Alex (talking to his mom): There is a baby in her tummy? And she's gonna spit it out?
Brandi: No. She's gonna POOP it out. 
Alex with a very funny face says: POOP it out?! No she is just gonna spit it out. 
Alex then looks at me and says: Are you gonna poop it out or spit it out?
I said: I'm gonna POOP it out! 
He just looks back at his mom and starts to giggle. And then forgets the conversation ever happened and went about his business. 


Of course while all this was going on Sassy was very intently listening. So it's Sassy's turn to ask questions. She walks over to me and tries lifting my shirt and says "Baby in there?" I said, "Yeah, the baby is in there!" I said "Can you talk to the baby?" and Sassy says very loudly, "HEEYYY BAABBYYY!!!...COOMME OOUUTT!!" After that she kept saying "My Baby" and if you asked her where her baby was she would lift up her shirt and point to her belly. Since that was just so darn cute I had to get her to talk to the baby as much as I could. Of course after so many minutes, she was no longer interested. However, when we went to leave I told her to say by to the baby and she said "BYYEE BABY"! 

17 Weeks!!

How Far Along? 17 Weeks! Only 160 Days left! I should be able to start posting pictures soon. I can't promise they will be great but I will make sure to take them.

Size of the Baby? An Onion! 5.1 inches and 5.9 ounces!! 

Maternity Clothes? I need more. Or at least more dresses and legging outfits 

Weight Gain? 5 pounds! Thinking positive!

Gender? Oh Gosh! I'm dying to know! The end of June can't come soon enough!

Food Cravings? I want another viva burrito! Kala!! We need to be on the same schedule so we can go! :)

What I Miss? Nothing really. Sugar...

Symptoms? Congestion

Best Moment of the Week? We had pictures done and they look fantastic! I had a doctors appointment on Monday. Melania got her tonsils out on Wednesday (which isn't categorized as best moment but they were beyond ready to come out). She is in so much pain! The day of, right after surgery, you wouldn't have even guessed she had surgery but the day after was hell on her. It was pitiful! At about 7 last night she finally started getting some sleep so hopefully that will make her feel better.

16 weeks!

How Far Along? 16 Weeks!Only 167 days left!

Size of the Baby? An avocado! 4.6 inches and 3.5 oz! So far that is an ounce a week! 

Maternity Clothes? Absolutly. I can't wear certain shirts because they are too short. 

Weight Gain? Not sure. I'll find out Monday.

Gender? Technically, I could go to one of those ultrasound places and find out. BUT since we are doing the gender reveal party it will have to wait until next month. It's weird. I feel like I just found out and here we are going to find out what we are having in a short month!

Food Cravings? Not really craving anything. I want another viva burrito!

What I Miss? Nothing really. Sugar...

Symptoms? Headaches!

Best Moment of the Week? Last Monday was Melania's kindergarten graduation. Today is Melania's last day of kindergarten. Saturday we are having pictures done and I can't wait! This weekend we are also moving my desk and work stuff upstairs. Next week I have a doctors appointment and then Melania is getting her tonsils and adenoids out. It going to be a busy rest of the month!
